Kinos™ Total Ankle System

The Kinos™ Total Ankle System, featuring TIDAL Technology, is the first biomechanically accurate implant providing motion in all three anatomic planes mimicking the movement of a natural healthy ankle. Interchangeable with both flat-cut and chamfer-cut talar implants, the product was designed to help patients who are experiencing pain due to ankle arthritis by replacing the ankle joint with a prosthesis. With a Kinos™ Total Ankle, patients can experience a reduction in pain, better alignment, and increased movement in the new joint.

Enhanced Stability and Balance

The implant is designed to distribute weight across the ankle joint, decrease stress on bearing surfaces, and enhance coronal plane stability.

Algorithm-based operative planning

Our proprietary software provides deep diagnostic insight and generates the ideal alignment and positioning of the implant.

Robust Bone Fixation Features

Fixation perpendicular to the predominant loading vector, asymmetry to resist torsional loading, and increased surface area for maximum bony integration
